Sweet Sour Fish

Ingredients:

Fish slices 300g
Salt 1 tsp
Pepper little
Cornstarch 2 tbsp

Green pepper, diced
Red pepper, diced
Cucumber, diced
Onion, diced
Tomato, diced

Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Plum sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Water 5 tbsp

Instructions:

  1. Marinade fish with salt, pepper for 10 minutes.
  2. Coat the fish slices thoroughly in cornstarch. Shake off excess and set aside
  3. Air fry the fish slices turn until light brown (can fry in deep oil alternatively)
  4. Mix all sauce ingredients in a saucepan
  5. In a pan, heat up 2 tbsp of oil over medium fire, add diced onion, tomato, cucumber, pepper, fry for few minutes.
  6. Add the sauce and bring it to a boil. (Add 1/2 tbsp water if too sticky)
  7. Put in fried fish slices all at once, toss quickly to coat fish evenly with sauce.
  8. Serve immediately
